Marvin Silbersher: My Life in Poetry - banner

airplanes float as
whispered words

burning by
fire

like a dry reed
the moon falls

from
heaven

in the dead
of night

rivers turn
as curses

moving in the
wind

boys and girls
writhe

on the ground
in

the story of
bloodshed

and
sacrifice

a living
flame

in the
dark
